Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention for Supervisors (AB 1825) – 2.5 hours:  Attend an in-person, interactive course which explains the basic principles of harassment and discrimination using real-world examples.  Understand the differences between quid pro quo vs. hostile environment harassment, bullying and other forms of discrimination.  Understand your responsibilities as a supervisor, including what is needed to conduct a good investigation, and your responsibility to address and respond to claims of harassment, discrimination, bullying and retaliation.  Learn how to recognize and respond to inappropriate conduct in the workplace and create an environment free of harassment and discrimination.
